Booking Policy
A non refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your appointment and should be paid at least 24 hours before your appointment . Deposit is made via bank transfers or in-store. Whatsapp 876 990-4928 or email dluxenailbar225@gmail.com for payment info.
Late Policy
Clients are allowed 15 minutes of grace period after 15 minutes. $1000 late fees will be charged. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
Service required: please state clearly the service required, eg,( basic pedicure and short acrylic nail wit h gel polish). Please send your pics ideas ahead of time.
Cancelation Policy
Cancelation: we require 24 hours notice for the cancelation of your appointment
This will give us enough time to book someone else
Cancelation less than 24 hours will be required to pay in full in order to continue to book with us.
